I am a psychotherapist in practice for over thirty years.  I am committed in thought, word, and deed to my work with people who are interested in finding new ways to successfully live their lives.

Part of the way I work has been shaped by my interest and my belief in mindfulness.  It is apparent to me that as we begin to trust ourselves, we can have more satisfying relationships.
